Duties:
– Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
– Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
– Schedule appointments and communicate with customers regarding service updates
– Create repair orders and ensure accurate transmission of information to the service technicians
– Provide estimates for repairs and discuss pricing with customers
– Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
– Coordinate with parts department to ensure timely delivery of necessary parts for repairs
– Assist with vehicle check-in and check-out processes
– Maintain a clean and organized work area
– Answer phone call and provide customer support
Skills:
– Technical and mechanical knowledge is required.
– Knowledge of Ag Tractors, small engines, turf equipment is required
– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
– Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
– Attention to detail and ability to accurately document information
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
– Proficient computer skills for creating repair orders and communicating with customers
– Must be able to stand/sit/kneel throughout workday and lift more than 50lbs on regular basis.
